Immunological Tolerability of Research Cloning
The immune compatibility of SCNT and iPS cells in particular is the subject of current research, since it was previously assumed that, in contrast to hES cells, they do not cause rejection reactions. However, a study by Deuse et al., among others, also demonstrated an immune response in SCNT cells in the mouse model.
